Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in government tenders, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Tender Preparation & Submission
    • Draft, review, and prepare comprehensive tender documents.
    • Ensure timely submission of tenders while adhering to the guidelines and requirements.
    • Participate in the bidding process, including preparing and submitting bids.
  2. Auction Participation
    • Represent the organization in online and offline auctions.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best outcomes.
  3. Terms & Conditions Drafting
    • Draft and review terms and conditions for different roles and tenders.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  4. Tender Management
    • Gather and analyze tender opportunities from various sources.
    • Coordinate with government bodies for tender participation and approvals.
  5. Travel Requirements
    • Travel across India as required to meet tender and auction commitments.
  6. Financial and Operational Coordination
    • Develop a solid understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements related to tender projects.
    • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to align tender processes.
  7. Stakeholder Management
    • Liaise with government authorities to facilitate tender participation.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure future opportunities.
  8. Technical & Administrative Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel for tender data analysis and reporting.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tender coordination, particularly in government tenders.
  • Hands-on experience in bidding, auctions, and tender management.
  • Strong command of English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and self-driven personality.
