Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Manager - Content to join our Operations team where you will play a crucial
role in crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience, support our clients' branding and
marketing initiatives, and drives results. You will work collaboratively with designers, strategists, and other team members
to bring innovative ideas to life through your writing. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing PowerPoint
presentations, providing general design support, creating organizational town hall content, and developing case studies
that showcase our work.
Responsibilities
Content Creation:
• Produce high-quality, original, and impactful written content for all of the GCC, including but not limited to
Townhall communication, leadership communications & announcements, employee communications, social
media posts, blog articles, email rollouts, video scripts, organizational achievements, newsletters, case studies,
and presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative & branding teams to develop content that aligns with the organization's voice,
values, and goals.
• Generate captivating narratives that grab attention and inspire action.
• Ensure correct messaging and create content that enhances organizational values, streamlines internal
communication, and reflects a unified company culture.
• Design and develop PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information in a visually
engaging manner.
• Provide general design support for marketing materials, ensuring content is presented in an aesthetically
appealing and professional way.
Case Study Development:
• Research and develop compelling global case studies that highlight successful projects and demonstrate the
impact of our work.
• Work with internal teams to gather data, insights, and testimonials to build strong narratives for case studies.
• Format and present case studies in a visually engaging way for both internal and external audiences.
Research:
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform content development
and ensure its relevance and competitiveness.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to continually optimize and refine content strategies for maximum impact.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with all the GCC’s, Leadership, HR & Branding and extended teams' members to create integrated
and visually appealing content that effectively communicates the intended message.
• Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand their specific needs and incorporate feedback into
content revisions.
Storytelling and Messaging:
• Develop compelling narratives and storytelling approaches that resonate with audiences and communicate a
unique value proposition.
• Craft persuasive and convincing messages that drive employee engagement, loyalty, and high morale in the
Teams across all the GCC’s.
Adherence to Guidelines:
• Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and any legal or regulatory
requirements.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain high quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• Minimum 6 - 8 years of core experience in content creation & writing.
• Proven experience as a corporate content writer, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency
environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in crafting content for different platforms, including web, social media, email, and print.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to inform content strategy.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative and unique ideas.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• Portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate your ability to create impactful and diverse content.
