Designation: Senior Manager – IT Projects (IFS) / Senior Manager – Digital Projects (IFS)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager – IT Projects (IFS) to manage multiple digital transformation projects, working closely with business units and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in software development, system design, testing, and project management. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in business process automation, requirement gathering, and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Business Analysis:
✅ Collaborate with IFS unit SMEs to understand business needs and challenges.
✅ Analyze current processes ("as-is") and propose optimized "to-be" solutions.
✅ Conduct structured business analysis to resolve operational challenges.
✅ Gather, analyze, and document requirements via BRDs, storyboards, user stories, epics.
✅ Conduct requirement elicitation through brainstorming, workshops, and interface analysis.
✅ Perform gap analysis (BRD/FDD/GAP), use case development, and test case preparation.
✅ Maintain a requirement traceability matrix (RTM) for tracking changes.
Software Development & Testing:
✅ Manage the requirement backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely development.
✅ Participate in pre-grooming and sprint planning sessions to support the development team.
✅ Facilitate solution demonstrations and user acceptance testing (UAT).
✅ Prepare and review test scenarios, coverage documents, and ensure defect-free releases.
✅ Conduct quality checks to prevent defects from leaking into production.
✅ Write, review, and edit release notes, user manuals, and product documentation.
Implementation & Continuous Improvement:
✅ Provide product demos for newly developed features.
✅ Support business users during go-live and drive solution adoption.
✅ Engage with IFS verticals regularly to gather feedback and improve system functionality.
✅ Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
✅ Evaluate third-party product offerings to improve IFS solutions.
✅ Stay updated on industry best practices and competitive products.
✅ Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new implementations.
✅ Support cross-functional teams working on multiple integration projects.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:
✅ Act as the bridge between business and IT teams for integrated project execution.
✅ Manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on business continuity.
✅ Lead change and innovation within the organization.
✅ Collaborate with the leadership team to align IT projects with business goals.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and security policies related to IT systems.
Required Qualifications:
Education: BE/B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science & Engineering)
Experience: 10-14 years in software development, system analysis, testing, implementation, and IT project management
Industry Knowledge: Experience with IFS ERP or similar enterprise systems is a plus

Technical Skills:
✅ Business Analysis & Documentation – Expertise in BRD, FDD, Gap Analysis, Use Cases, RTM
✅ Project Management – Experience in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, sprint planning, backlog management
✅ Process Automation & Optimization – Knowledge of workflow automation tools, RPA, BPM solutions
✅ Software Testing & Quality Assurance – Familiarity with test scenarios, test cases, UAT
✅ Business Intelligence & Data Analysis – Understanding of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau
✅ ERP & Digital Transformation – Exposure to IFS ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
✅ Cloud & Security Standards – Basic understanding of AWS/Azure, cybersecurity compliance
